Your choice comes first.
Essential storage supports the website, your current job brief and your cookie choice. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. Essential only keeps analytics off. Change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer at any time. Choosing essential storage does not prevent you from requesting a quote or using the planning tools.

What is stored.
Your planning brief is kept in session storage for the current browser session. Your analytics preference is stored on your device for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses first-party _ga cookies for visitor and session measurement, configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days that may refresh with use. Removing consent clears these analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the tag. You can also clear site data in your browser.

What analytics measures.
With permission, analytics measures pages viewed, progress through the planning journey, use of contact links and enquiries accepted by our sending service. An accepted enquiry is not a confirmed booking or a qualified lead. We do not send names, contact details, postcodes, job notes, invoice references, payment amounts or URL query strings to analytics. Google advertising features are disabled. Analytics settings and access are managed in the existing LG Local Grab GA4 property.

Optional external map.
The external OpenStreetMap view loads when you choose to open it. OpenStreetMap explains its own storage and privacy practices. Online payments are currently unavailable on this website. For invoice or payment questions, call the accounts team on 07935 253359.
