What the website collects
An enquiry includes your name, email, phone, site postcode or town, service choices and job details. A date, company and additional site notes are optional. Planning notes are included only if you add them to the brief. Avoid sending card information or sensitive personal information in the enquiry.

Why we use it
We use your information to respond, prepare a quote and take steps towards providing a service at your request. We also use necessary records for our legitimate interests in managing enquiries, resolving questions and protecting the website from misuse. Required fields help us respond; you can use the phone or email contact instead of the online form. The enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where your brief goes
Submitted enquiries are recorded in the website database and emailed through IONOS to the Local Grab team and authorised website support. Hosting is provided through GPT Sites using OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure. A restricted business desk shows enquiry records to authorised administrators. Service providers may operate infrastructure in different countries; contact us for current processing and provider details. Your job details are not sent to an AI chat service for an automated quote or booking decision.

Tools, maps and payment questions
Calculators run in your browser. A brief you choose to build is kept in session storage for the current browser tab; contact fields are not automatically saved in browser storage. An external OpenStreetMap view loads only when requested. Online payments are currently unavailable on this website. For invoice or payment questions, call accounts on 07935 253359. Do not send card details through the enquiry form.

Keeping and reviewing records
Enquiry records are kept while the request, related work or follow-up is being handled. Retention also depends on unresolved questions, disputes and necessary accounting or legal records. You can contact us to ask what we hold and request a review of information that is no longer needed. A calculator result is an estimate, and a recorded enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw any consent you have given. Contact info@localgrab.co.uk. Optional website analytics.
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures website use so we can improve the customer journey. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie preferences. We do not send your enquiry content, contact details, postcode or invoice information to Google Analytics. Google advertising features are disabled.
