Agree the load
Confirm the waste type and disclose anything uncertain. Keep soil, concrete, timber and packaging separate where requested. Do not add an unagreed waste stream after receiving a quote; it can affect acceptance, handling and cost.

Agree the loading position
Check the pile location with the team. Keep the access route clear, avoid overhead obstacles and identify soft ground or underground covers. Do not move a pile into the road or onto a pavement without checking the appropriate permissions.

Get the site ready
Have an available site contact, record any gate or working-hour restrictions and keep other people away from the loading operation. A preferred visit date is not confirmed until the team accepts the booking.

Keep your records
Retain the quote and the relevant waste transfer documentation. If the site programme changes, tell the team promptly so collection and subsequent deliveries can be coordinated.
